Hi, we’re Missy & Shane — and we’re on a mission to see it all.
We’re a couple originally from Ohio, now proudly based in Reno, Nevada — and yes, we moved there on purpose. Being close to the west means we can turn a regular weekend into something epic, and we do exactly that as often as we possibly can.
How It All Started
In the summer of 2021, Shane packed up and hit the road solo, visiting around 20 national parks in one trip. That journey sparked something in both of us — a pull toward the parks that we couldn’t shake. It helped that Shane had also taken a college course entirely dedicated to the National Parks, so by the time he got back, the mission was clear: we were going to visit all 63.
We’re currently at 54 out of 63 and counting.
Then We Went All In
In 2023, we went all in. Missy left her in-person job, we packed everything into an RV, and spent 1.5 years living full-time on the road — working remotely off Shane’s income and waking up somewhere new whenever we wanted. It was one of the most challenging, rewarding, and unforgettable chapters of our lives.
Eventually we decided to put down roots in Reno to stay close to the parks we love most — but the road is never far away.
