How do I know which trails are right for me?
We take into account your hiking experience, fitness level, and preferences to suggest the most suitable trails for you. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced hiker, we make sure your itinerary fits your needs.
Do I need to make a reservation for trails or permits?
Some trails or national parks may require permits or reservations, especially during peak seasons. We provide detailed information about necessary permits and guide you through the reservation process when needed. You will need to do the permit process yourself but I will include links to the sites.
How do I access the customized maps and navigation guides?
After booking your hiking itinerary, you’ll receive a link to your personalized Google Map in the PDF with all the trailheads, visitor centers, and park entrances marked. You will need to SAVE the map to you google account and be SIGNED IN on your google map app on your phone. It is important to make sure it is DOWNLOADED for offline use!
What is your return policy?
You have 24 hours from the time of submitting the payment to cancel for a full refund. After
24 hours, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Can you recommend equipment or gear for my trip?
Included in every PDF is a checklist of general items along with affiliate links directed to our preferred gear or places to shop.
How far in advance should I book my hiking itinerary?
Your personalized hiking plan will be delivered to you within 5 business days from the time of payment receipt. For the most up to date information, it is recommended to request this service closer to your trip.
